This is all over Canada. If they are old enough to drive, they should be able to have punishments as an adult. Why do you think the Youth today do the stupid things they do? They know they will get a slap on the wrist. You are not teaching any of the Youth today how to be responsible Young Adults. All kids are taught at a young age there are consequences for their actions. Since when is Consequences dropped between the ages of 12 - 17???
